Linguaskill exam registrations may be cancelled up to 3 days before the exam date. Payments for cancelled registrations will be refunded in full, without any deductions, to the credit card used for payment within 3 business days following the cancellation. After the refund is processed, the time it takes for the amount to be reflected in the cardholder’s bank account depends on the bank and may take up to 5 business days.
Test Centre / Session Change Policy:
For test centres located at universities, changes to the test centre and/or session may be made up to 3 days before the exam date. For other test centres, such changes may be made up to 24 hours before the exam.
